How We Do It

Syntax consists of a competent and experienced management team with decades of industry experience between them and backed by a team of trained Project Directors, Managers, Designers, Project Engineers, Safety Officer sand Coordinators, Site Supervisors and Technicians. With the advantage of cumulative experience, whether technical or in project management, our staff are equipped to successfully undertake projects entrusted to them. Projects can then be implemented quickly with low start-up time and minimal supervision.

We are able to deliver through our strong management and technical capabilities. Each of our Directors has a minimum of 20 years’ experience in the cabling industry and they have a good understanding of TIA/EIA and ISO standards and specifications and local rules, regulations and requirements of the structured cabling business.

Two of the directors are RCDDs (Registered Communications Distribution Designer). RCDD title is a professional rating granted by BICSI (the Building Industry Consulting Service International). RCDDs have demonstrated a superior level of knowledge of the industry and associated disciplines. The RCDD qualification is internationally recognised.

Besides, there are others certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CFOT (Certified Fiber Optic Technician) and CFHP (Certified Fiber Home Professional). As well as Safety certifications an other government related certifications.
